There is one way to reach Voltlara, and it is this address. Every message is read by Signe or one of the three fitters, and answered within one working day.
Four things in the first message let us plan the site visit properly, and often save a second trip:
- Your town or village, so we know whether the visit is free.
- A photo of your fuse board with the door open, close enough to read the labels.
- Where the car parks: drive, yard, street or a shared car park.
- Roughly how far that spot is from the board, in metres or in steps.
We book the site visit within 5 working days of your email. It is free inside Aalborg Kommune and 450 kr elsewhere within our radius, and that 450 kr comes off the job if you book with us. A fixed written price follows within 2 working days of the visit and holds for 60 days.

When we are here
Most of the day we are on a ladder beside somebody's fuse board, so a message waits until the van is parked. It never waits longer than one working day.
Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 15:30.
Friday, 07:00 to 13:00.
Closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Emails are answered within one working day.

Closed for July and Christmas
We close for the three weeks of the July holiday, like most of Jutland does, and the vans stay in the yard.
We also close every year from 23 December and are back on the first working Monday of January. You are welcome to write while we are away, and I will answer you on the first morning back, before the coffee is finished.
